SPFL - LEAGUE TWO PREVIEW

SPFL League Two goes again with three new teams this this season. Bonnyrigg Rose promoted from the Lowland League after beating Team 42 from last season Cowdenbeath and Highland League Champions Fraserburgh in the end of season play off’s. East Fife and Dumbarton both come down from League One. The introduction of relegation play off’s into League Two have definitely changed the focus of the teams at the bottom end of the table. Four sides that have finished as Team 42 have no been relegated to either the Highland League or Lowland League; Cowdenbeath, Brechin City, Berwick Rangers & East Stirlingshire. To date none of these teams have risen again back from tier 5 of Scottish football.

We think the division will will end as follows;

Forfar Athletic
Dumbarton
Stranraer
Albion Rovers
Annan Athletic
Stirling Albion
Stenhousemuir
Bonnyrigg Ross
East Fife
Elgin City

However the league does finish we are looking forward to following it and reporting on it as we go.
